How it starts
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.
Nobody signs a managed-service contract on a first call. Each step here stands on its own and produces something you keep, so you can find out whether we are any good before the commitment gets large.
- 01
Health check
We look, we do not touch. You get a written findings report covering security posture, resilience gaps and a costed list of the savings visible in your own billing data. If you stop here you keep the report.

- Two weeks

- No commitment, read-only access

Shadow mode
Agents run alongside your team without acting — observe only. At the end you have a number for what your alerting costs you in noise, which incidents were repeats of earlier ones, and how much of last month was recoverable.

- Changes nothing, touches nothing

Managed service
Round-the-clock operations, infrastructure as code changed by pull request, quarterly restore tests with the evidence sent to you, and a monthly cost review that arrives with named actions. Autonomy climbs one capability at a time, only after it has earned it.
